Live Virtual Training.

Live virtual training with me takes place using a 2-way video connection, allowing me to train you personally as if we were in the gym togetherbut in the comfort of your own home (or wherever you choose to train from).

Many clients take me to the gym with them by way of their smart phone! We can train from anywhere – even if you’re traveling. Our sessions will be tailored to fit the available space and equipment you have on-hand.

During your virtual training, I’ll show you proper form for each movement, correct your form in the moment as needed, give you guidance with weights, and provide instruction for reps / sets.

What IS Virtual Training?

First, be confident that virtual training is not just a matter of  you watching me, then having to figure it out on your own.  You’ll receive one-on-one instruction, with attention to detail and accountability.

Once the session begins, you’ll be guided through an exercise with a full demonstration from me, showing proper form and execution. I’ll observe while you complete each set, and we’ll make changes along the way as needed for form correction, weight selection and modification, and more.

All you’ll need is an internet connection, webcam/smartphone device, and we’re ready to go!

Is prior experience required?

We all have to start somewhere, so all fitness levels are welcome! Trust me, I have clients of all ages and stages. I’ll meet you exactly where you are to build towards your goals while building mental / physical / emotional – even spiritual strength!

Will the training be in group sessions or is it for individuals?

I offer both group training and individual sessions. If you already have a workout partner in mind who may want to train with us – even better!

Who is virtual training for?

The simple answer? I work with anyone who’s ready to engage and do the hard work of transformation and lifestyle change! I train executives with busy schedules, stay-at-home parents, working couples who want to train together, and even groups of friends who keeping each other accountable.

How do I know a Personal Development Coach is right for me?

We all need help at one time or another, and sometimes just leaning on a friend or family member isn’t enough. You know you’re ready for working with a life coach, when you recognize the need to learn new skills and habits, and are ready to make the investment in a professional who can help you accomplish your goals.

Do you work with beginners?

Beginners are always welcome! In fact, working with clients who feel like they’re at ground-zero, but are ready to engage a new direction and create a new future, are some of the most rewarding – and successful – relationships a personal development coach can have.

How important is accountability in the process?

Accountability is the key to success in your relationship with a personal development coach. New knowledge and skills only translate into mastered habits by way of discipline and follow-through. And crucial to discipline and follow-through is being accountable to the leadership and direction provided by your coach.

What tools will you give me to help me succeed?

Detailed goal-setting, daily & weekly action plans, honest evaluation of habits and mindsets, regularly scheduled coaching calls, recommended reading and local resources are just a few of the things you’ll have in your new toolbox once we start working together.

Personal Development Coach.

Simply put, a personal development coach is someone who helps you master habit change.

Living a full life (not busy, but full – there’s a difference) is the result of deliberately creating and sustaining healthy, positive habits, that over time produce results.

An effective personal development coach will help you identify those new habits and implement the changes necessary to bring about physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being …and get you closer to the life you’ve always wanted.

Adaptive Nutrition.

Most of us have had to reboot our desktop computers before. Doing so is useful because it clears away the random, unimportant, and temporary data that bogs down the device and keeps it from functioning at its best. The same kind of process is important for our bodies!

I take my clients through a progressive, calculated process which reboots the endocrine system – allowing the inherent genius of the body’s appetite to reset! The result? They start craving what their bodies really need for optimal physiology, and simultaneously crave less of what is harmful. That’s true nutrition . . . results that last, at the cellular level.

 

What exactly is "adaptive" about your nutrition coaching?

Healthy, sustainable lifestyle changes come in small strides and on an individual level. We’ll gather the information we need to determine the best path forward for you – whether through lifestyle nutritional coaching, flexible nutritional coaching, or a fully-customized meal plan designed to ramp-up your results even more!

I've tried lots of diets with little success. How can I be confident this will work?

We’re ready to invest everything we have in you, giving you all our secrets to empower change through a specific, guided 10-step process. You’ll experience breakthrough and step into the biggest and best life-change you’ve ever known!  The only prerequiste? You MUST be fully READY to engage, to set goals and crush them, and push your way to the finish line.

In fact, we’re so serious about this we’ll require an application from you before we even begin the conversation about working together, to make sure we’re a good fit. We’re building a tribe of healthy, strong individuals who are eager to regain control over their bodies, and reset for a future of bigger, better possibilities!

Calorie-counting is tedious. Will I have to do that?

My nutrition is focused on personal needs at the cellular level, so I’m more apt to have you focus on nutrients through whole foods than calories. That said, I do teach you how to incorporate the necessary amount of food in order to reboot your metabolism and keep it thriving…. which causes you to burn more fat throughout the day, even without exercise.

What if I hate to cook?! Help!!

Believe me when I say – this will be the least of your worries! My clients often end up develop a joy in cooking again, and sometimes for the first time ever. Regardless, this is something we’ll work through together!

HIIT Yoga.

My yoga workouts range from 30-90 minutes and are designed to tap into the PRIMAL you!

They include cardio dance-intensive movements focused on spiral structure techniques that build long, lean muscle. These techniques activate deep core muscles.

When paired with intentional shaking and vibration, they release blocked energy stored at the cellular level and bring balance to your body’s energetic and emotional systems.

This will be unlike any yoga class you’ve ever taken. It combines core work dance sequences, plyometrics, and vinyasa-style yoga …an interval yoga that combines cardio and strength components.

Primal movement, cardio dance and conditioning are seamlessly woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an all-in-one workout that helps transform body and soul!

What if I've never done yoga before?

NO worries! This movement method meets you where you are! And the way it engages you – body and soul – makes you want to move even more.

Is it better for weight loss or muscle tone?

BOTH! This combination of yoga, dance sequences, and plyometrics – set to tribal music – doesn’t just burn serious calories, it also fully engages your core for a toned tummy!

How many calories will I burn in a session?

You’ll burn 600-1000 calories per session, right from home!

What brand partnerships interest you most?

Health and fitness, and overall wellness (mental, emotional, spiritual) are my partnership priorities. And I’m most interested in products or services that offer substance and long-lasting value. No flash-in-the-pan gimmicks or trendy products!

 

Do you work with small brands or start-ups?

Absolutely! For me, it comes down to the quality and substance of the product or service, regardless of brand size or recognition. If it works for me, and I believe in it, I’m happy to share it!

What does the process look like?

The Coldest Water bottle, hands-down! If you haven’t tried it yet, you have to check it out! This is one beast of a water bottle that absolutely lives up to its name. I don’t workout without it, period. Bonus? It comes in my favorit color, pink!

Brand Ambassador.

If you’re like me, you hear the phrase “brand ambassador” or “social influencer” and a little part of you responds with a big eye-roll. Social media has become less about connecting with people and more about  pedaling teeth-whitener or body scrub made of coffee grounds and who-knows-what-else.

That said, I’m still a big believer in promoting the fitness and lifestyle brands and products I believe in! If I find something that helps me, why wouldn’t I want to share it with the almost 90,000 connections I have through social media? It’s just another opportunity to make a difference for the good, in someone else’s health journey.

About Brittany.

I’m a live virtual trainer, personal development coach, yoga instructor and nutritionist based in Columbus, OH.  My fitness journey started 10+ years ago on my living room floorno gym membership, and only a ball, resistance bands, and a set of weights! From there I went on to compete on stages like the Arnold Sports Festival and others, and was published in multiple industry fitness magazines – including Muscle & Fitness Hers.

My favorite food is, well, Tabasco (seriously, people). My favorite indulgence meal is Tommy’s Veggie Pizza with Tommy’s Ranch Dressing (heavy on the dressing).  I’m SuperMom (on my best days) to two amazing kids and a Golden Doodle named Acacia.  And I’m the LIVE virtual trainer to executives and Household Queens (and Kings, fellas) – making fitness as accessible as your living room floor.
